ST GEORGE’S LAKE - FISHERY RULES & REGULATIONS 2010/11

1. No bent hooks, fixed leads or leadcore.

2. No boats, model or full sized to be used on the lake.

3. No fish to be placed in any sacks or keep nets.

4. All anglers must have an appropriate sized unhooking mat.

5. All anglers must have a landing net of at least 42”.

6. Fishing with a maximum of three rods only.

7. Fishing from designated swims only.

8. No tackle to be left unattended

9. All nut baits are banned.

10. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.

11. No fires.

12. No non-fishing guests.

13. We ask that you show the utmost respect to our surrounding neighbours when entering or leaving the lake.

14. All litter is to be removed from the lake. Any member found leaving litter either around the lake or in the car park will automatically lose their permit.

15. Permit holders must carry their permits with them and be prepared to produce their permit on request from any bailiff or member.

16. All vehicles must be parked in the designated car park.

17. Permit holders acting in an unsportsmanlike or inconsiderate manner, are liable to have their permit withdrawn.

18. Neither the company nor its servants shall be held responsible for any loss or damage to, or theft of, property howsoever caused. Ticket holders are not entitled to make any claims against the company or any of its servants or agents in respect of any such loss, damage, theft or injury.

19. The company reserves the right to withdraw permits at its absolute discretion and in that event all rights of the former permit holder shall immediately cease and no refund of any monies paid shall be made.

20. Still Water Leisure reserve the right to add or alter any of the above rules in part or in full at any time.
